Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must include original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
